Very easy to access, however, parking access requires going back and forth after collecting the pass. The service and welcome were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast offered a good selection and was clean. In short, a beautiful and high-quality hotel.

The staff were pleasant, kind, and attentive. The city center is very close to the hotel. There is parking available, and dogs are welcome. Plus, there's a green space nearby where you can walk your dog. A perfect stay. We'll be back!

We found our room very well appointed and although ours was quite small, the space was very well arranged! Very modern with quality fittings . Lovely breakfast room and excellent choice of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful and se yew underground parking was a definite plus. Would definitely book again .

Everything is always perfect at this hotel: the welcome, the cleanliness, the breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, the manager is very responsive, and I'd like to give a special mention to Achille, who greeted me Thursday evening and took excellent care of my check-in and preparing my tray. There is no ramp for disabled people at the entrance of the hotel.

Great Hotel. Unfortunately your cannot write a review on Biarritz and its local street inhabitant, which I will try here. Had a encounter with a large group of homeless people, near the hotel, to the point of willing to defending me and my wife physically. Luckily they backed down. Lodged a complaint at the hotel, got the usual. Here the summary: Take another route (then I asked to lodged a formal complaint) We will discuss our daily complaints with management (Never heard a reply). Upon leaving asked for feed back of the above. Was told to contact the police.

If you're looking for a place where you and your pet are truly welcome, look no further! This is a beautiful hotel where we felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome from the staff. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast. It's rare to find such charming places that welcome animals with such care. We will definitely be back!
