The night receptionist was fantastic this weekend! Very professional, warm, and attentive, he really made our arrival pleasant. Thank you for his kindness and efficiency. An excellent first impression of the Hotel Jules Verne in Biarritz!

A 4-star establishment that should really be rated 3 stars. Truly nothing exceptional, with a spartan room and outdated decor. Everything is basic: the hallways, the room itself... The plastic shower gel dispensers are inadequate. Curtains cover the windows. For off-season stays, as was the case here, the price is perfectly reasonable. But during peak season, if prices are inflated, then you should look for a genuine 4-star hotel. I can recommend it off-season for its reasonable price, especially considering it's in Biarritz.

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Jules Verne and were very happy with our stay. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, as is the outdoor area with the pool. The breakfast offers a good selection of high-quality, locally sourced products. The parking and location are also a plus. A special mention goes to the hotel staff who were attentive to our needs and very pleasant. Several thoughtful touches (water fountain, complimentary drinks, etc.) also made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

The location is a little outside the city center, but still within walking distance. Parking is easy. The staff is pleasant and friendly, and the connecting room was spotless and clean with a nice little balcony. I have no complaints and highly recommend it.

Everything was great. The room was very well-equipped and clean. The staff were very friendly and always responded to our requests. The nights were quiet. Good location.
