Honestly, this restaurant was perfect! The service, the atmosphere, and the food are just like the best of southwest France! I highly recommend it.

Excellent ribeye steak and the dauphinoise potatoes were exceptional. Incredible service, what a shame about the retirement! Hope to see you again soon!

We started with a delicious ham and tomato dish, then we had the steak tartare and the prawns: everything was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor! And to finish, a truly divine raspberry tiramisu. A real treat from beginning to end!

The welcome and food were perfect. No frills, but a place you can go to without hesitation. Very good.

Friendly atmosphere at tables sometimes shared. The food is excellent (just one minor point: the foie gras was slightly bitter). Very professional service: efficient and relaxed.

One of the best local food spots in Biarritz. The decor is beautiful, with large, convivial tables. The meats are perfectly grilled and cooked. The portions are generous. Reservations are recommended.

Maison Adam

11/09/2026: End of the meal (light beforehand...), 2 Basque cakes for 6 people, one with cream and one with cherry. Exceptional quality. However, the cherry one is far too sweet (okay for preservation, but the taste of the black cherry, already not particularly vibrant, is completely lost in the sugar...). The vanilla cream one is divine (although overall still too sweet ;-). The taste and texture of the pastry are sublime in both. Worth it!
08/09/2026: Best Basque cream cake I've ever eaten. Excellent packaging. The entire product is perfectly designed. A pleasure from the moment you open the box in the shop until you taste it.
