A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. I loved this culinary experience! It was very good and original! The staff was very attentive. Points for improvement: the chairs are very straight, which caused me a lot of back and leg pain.

16/08/2026: The classic Pink maki had almost no salmon. The yakitori were extremely small, with hardly any on the skewers.
15/08/2026: It was really good, but I ordered an avocado extra for €2 in my chirashi and it came out completely raw and impossible to eat because it was way too hard… a real shame. The mochi were also crunchy and brittle, not soft and chewy… so I was very disappointed because otherwise it was very good.
