The classic Pink maki had almost no salmon. The yakitori were extremely small, with hardly any on the skewers.

It was really good, but I ordered an avocado extra for €2 in my chirashi and it came out completely raw and impossible to eat because it was way too hard… a real shame. The mochi were also crunchy and brittle, not soft and chewy… so I was very disappointed because otherwise it was very good.

I placed my order at 10:30 AM to ensure delivery before noon. Delivery was scheduled for 11:30 AM, validated, and confirmed. At noon, still nothing. I called, and my order hadn't been processed… a delivery driver was dispatched immediately, and the order was received at 12:15 PM… The quality of the food is consistent, but the order processing is problematic.

Fast, tasty, and fresh, with incredible gyozas and a delicious, filling poke bowl at truly affordable prices. Excellent customer service; go without hesitation. Menus are around €20, available for online ordering or via the kiosk on-site. No on-site dining is available.

The manager and the waitress gave us a very warm welcome. We had ordered from the wrong restaurant, and they didn't hesitate to transfer us so we didn't have to go to two different restaurants. Thank you again!

27/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of refined Japanese cuisine.
22/02/2026: We came on a Saturday evening and found excellent food, a smiling and pleasant couple. We had a lovely time; thank you to them for their hospitality.
