Everything was perfect! You can taste the chef's excellence in cooking the meat (rare, piping hot throughout—it's rare to find such mastery). The manager was a very thoughtful touch, offering a candle for our wedding anniversary and two complimentary glasses of wine. The service was impeccable, and the price was very reasonable. The products are fresh and homemade; we truly recommend this establishment 100%, and we will be back next year, as we have every summer for the past three years. Thank you for this delightful evening, the food and wine recommendations, and the attentiveness of all the staff. The restrooms were also clean.

04/08/2026: Super friendly hostess, located on a quiet street just outside the busy center of Saumur. Had a delicious meal, three-course menu for €35, fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!
31/07/2026: We dined on the terrace overlooking a quiet street. It was very pleasant. The dishes were refined and delicious. As there are only two people running the restaurant, dinner was a little slow, but this was more than made up for by the waitress's kindness.
