12/09/2026: Hello, I regularly eat at your establishment when I shop at the E. Leclerc center. Every time I visit, I unfortunately find that the upstairs dining area is closed. We therefore have no choice but to eat in the ground floor area, which is quite small. However, the tables are regularly all occupied. This sometimes forces us to eat outside, especially on days when the temperature exceeds 34°C. And on rainy days, the situation is even more inconvenient as customers have to wait for a table to become available. I would therefore like to know why this lovely upstairs dining area is inaccessible to customers. Is it due to a lack of staff to maintain and clean it? I find this regrettable, because given the high volume of customers at your establishment, it seems only fair to offer greater comfort and ensure they can dine in pleasant conditions, regardless of the weather. However, I would like to emphasize that your staff is always very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming, and I thank them for that. I hope you will take this comment into consideration and, if possible, find a solution to make the upstairs dining room accessible to customers. Have a good day.
