McDonald's sur Pau

An excellent caramel KitKat McFlurry! I can't get over it 😍😍

Hello, I regularly eat at your establishment when I shop at the E. Leclerc center. Every time I visit, I unfortunately find that the upstairs dining area is closed. We therefore have no choice but to eat in the ground floor area, which is quite small. However, the tables are regularly all occupied. This sometimes forces us to eat outside, especially on days when the temperature exceeds 34°C. And on rainy days, the situation is even more inconvenient as customers have to wait for a table to become available. I would therefore like to know why this lovely upstairs dining area is inaccessible to customers. Is it due to a lack of staff to maintain and clean it? I find this regrettable, because given the high volume of customers at your establishment, it seems only fair to offer greater comfort and ensure they can dine in pleasant conditions, regardless of the weather. However, I would like to emphasize that your staff is always very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming, and I thank them for that. I hope you will take this comment into consideration and, if possible, find a solution to make the upstairs dining room accessible to customers. Have a good day.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Their McDeal menu is really similar to a regular Best Of meal deal; everything is a good size, from the fries to the burger with two chicken pieces! Plus, they're hot and good quality. I was here a few years ago to eat in, and everything was great then too. I recommend this McDonald's!

I came for lunch today and, clumsy as I am, I spilled my glass of Coke when I opened the door to sit outside. The staff were very responsive and friendly. They provided me with napkins to wipe it up and refilled my glass without me even having to ask. Thank you and sorry again.

Normal, typical McDonald's. Not much to add.

I'm currently here and was served by an absolutely lovely young man who remained polite and helpful despite a nasty customer speaking to him like he was a dog just before I paid. This man truly deserves a raise!

To that waitress with the green eyes who just gave me my order with a smile, thank you. I'm having one of the worst days of my life, and that little smile meant the world to me. As for the food, it's McDonald's, it fills you up. Thanks again!

I went to this restaurant before a movie; I found it to be very clean. The service was very quick, and it was clear the staff were very organized and focused on their work. I dealt with two different people who were very friendly and made sure my order was complete. An employee came to conduct a customer satisfaction survey; she was very pleasant and took the time to listen to us. As for the food, it was excellent. The fries were piping hot, and I had a milkshake for dessert, which I found absolutely delicious. A very good experience in a pleasant, clean, and well-organized setting. I will definitely return.

The McDonald's restaurant is conveniently located for local residents, patrons of the adjacent movie theater, and motorists on the highway. It's situated in an area known for its leisure, entertainment, and cultural offerings (restaurants, movies, etc.). The menu features various types of burgers, as well as fries, small portions of vegetables or fruit, and chicken pieces. Key advantages include its late closing time, which saves people from having to cook after a late night at work, and its convenient location.

I went to McDonald's to grab a bite; it's okay when you're a little hungry.
