I love the kebab pancake but on the other hand, it doesn't look like fast food anymore. 35 minutes to order a kebab pancake to take away. I had to eat while walking and didn't have time to finish. We really need to review the organization. I find the passage to the terminal is absolutely useless: 1) You have to wait for a terminal. Well with 3 terminals working out of the 4, that's fine, that's not what we're really expecting. 2) We have to wait to go to the checkout for the person to retype everything on their checkout and pay for our ticket. We are given a little beeper to come and collect our order. We wait as best we can and the line is difficult to read so we easily get missed a place or two. = 10 minutes of standing waiting (great for a pregnant woman who is hungry 🤣) Why not charge for takeaway orders directly at the terminal (there is a number on the ticket, just call the number). When you take out, you won't really sit at the back of the room (so no need to beep) 3) We wait patiently for our pager to ring. = 25 minutes wait Honestly a shame, an organization to rethink
