The Central changed ownership in December 2023... the brasserie has changed its look and I have had lunch there around ten times since then... I can therefore say that the place is infinitely friendly, the service is provided with great kindness and the The restaurant offered deserves to be tasted several times, the different dishes offered on the menu. I would add that the interesting quality-price ratio should also be highlighted…. Soon there will be pizzas and I can’t wait!

Large corner brasserie with several atmospheres. An indoor restaurant, close to the central bar, with a part on a covered and closed terrace, more cozy, and another very pleasant outdoor part. The menu offers a very varied choice, suitable for all tastes. The cuttlefish a la placha is delicious and the gourmet coffee allows you to discover a mix of desserts, each tastier than the last. Excellent value

A very pleasant place ⭐️ Quality dishes. We tasted the Burger 🍔, the products are fresh, the steak 🥩 delicious and very well cooked. For dessert 🧁, a tiramisu also homemade 🏠. And a little coffee ☕️ to finish, also very good. All accompanied by service with a smile 😀. It’s flawless, I highly recommend

Central bar near the central square of Saint Aygulf... good and cheap aperitifs... try a local rose at a very affordable price (2.80 per glass) honest price in relation to the location... recommended
