Always a pleasure to come to KFC Chateaufarine! The service is quick (and always hot); the staff is attentive, and there's a good selection of meals. In short, it may be fast food, but it's always a pleasure to enjoy those crispy tenders :)

😂 Thanks to Cléo, who risked her life to save the shoe my son had deliberately thrown behind the shoe lockers… And of course to Juan, who managed to get the squeegee off its handle, allowing Cléo to retrieve the famous shoe! 🤣

I ordered at the drive-thru, but one of the three buckets was missing. Even after asking the person who gave me the bag if everything was there, I only noticed when I got home. So I had to go back to the restaurant to ask for the missing bucket. On top of that, I had to negotiate for an extra sauce in addition to the one included in the menu (no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience). As a result, I ended up eating at a different time, with cold fries, alone at home while my guests had already eaten.

KFC, which calls itself a fast food restaurant, isn't really one anymore. You have to wait 40 minutes or more before getting your order. That said, the excuse of "we didn't think there would be so many people" on a Friday doesn't fly in my opinion. Besançon is lively at night on a Friday. I hope for a big improvement!

08/04/2026: The university bar is THE bar for students. It's a great mix of beer and a quality crowd. I highly recommend it.

15/05/2026: The staff were very friendly but rather reserved. The sandwich was the usual Subway type and quite generous. It's a shame we had to get takeout because the restaurant wasn't open the evening we went.
