KFC sur Besancon

Honestly, top-notch service, fast timing, super friendly and pleasant staff!

The place is clean, the meal was great except for the undercooked fries (for me), but the attitude of the staff at reception leaves much to be desired – no smiles, no polite greetings. Disappointed by their sour attitude.

I only go back to KFC for the Hot Wings, and even then, they have to be made fresh at the last minute. The service isn't great, but I understand it's not an easy job.

A Sandea was offered a nice gift.

It was good, even very good. But.... We arrived on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM when they opened. We ordered at the kiosk and paid at the register with our restaurant vouchers. The employee was clearly not thrilled with this payment method and practically threw my vouchers onto the register with a sigh. Similarly, when I asked to identify myself to collect my loyalty points, the sigh was heavy; we definitely felt like we were bothering them. Perhaps this person was alone at the start of their shift, preparing, taking payments, and serving. Anyway, this didn't spoil our meal, which was delicious, hot, and served quickly (it's a shame it was the same gentleman who took the payment). We'll still come back. My comment is simply intended to point out what could be changed or improved, and in no way to be negative. See you soon.

There was a long wait, big shout-out to the team member who had to start her shift early to catch up (give her a bonus!) 😉

A very pleasant restaurant to eat in with family and a very well-equipped city, you can go there with your eyes closed.
