I arrived at noon sharp. I placed my order. I received my order and wanted to try my fries with cheddar and bacon, but to my surprise, the fries were cold! I went to ask for hot ones. I got the same ones, which was a shame because with hot fries the meal would have been perfect.

They saved me from the drought. I was leaving work, I had an hour's walk ahead of me, and this kind lady gave me a free glass of water. Amen

Everything is prepared in advance, so it's neither hot nor crispy - meh.

As is often the case in this restaurant, it's 6:20 PM and the tables are dirty. The self-service kiosks are in the same state. It took a customer complaining before someone came to clean a table. It's a shame it's still dirty; they need training.
