Today, I had the pleasure of discovering Les Touch’ Gourmandes in Laval, and more than just a meal, I experienced a true life lesson. Here, differences don't exist… they become a strength. Every smile, every gesture, every dish prepared demonstrates the incredible talent, courage, and determination of these individuals. We often talk about disability, but today, I saw above all capable, passionate, and inspiring people. 💪 My cause is to advocate for these individuals, to give them the place they deserve, and to remind everyone that they are just as valuable as anyone else. Because ultimately, what truly matters isn't our differences… it's what we do with our hearts. Best of luck to you all; I will be back to eat at your place often, because the meal was truly amazing!
