Just another KFC. Nothing special to say...

The food was great and everything, but the music made by AI with maybe 3 phrases at most, on a loop, was unbearable.

The music was on repeat for an hour, then it was just awful. You changed the fries too, didn't you?

Clean restaurant. 🍽️✨ There was a bit of a wait even though it wasn't too busy. ⏳🚶‍♀️

Hello, During our last order at the Blagnac drive-through, we were told that some products displayed on your outdoor sign were unavailable. Without any further explanation, we were forced to choose something else. However, upon collection, we were told that these products were indeed available. Furthermore, upon returning home, the Colonel Bacon sandwich did not contain bacon. This situation gives the impression that we are being forced to buy unsold, pre-prepared items for an incorrectly placed order. We already made a point of checking the number of items before leaving; if we now have to go so far as to open the sandwiches... it's discouraging. Thank you for your response. Would you prefer a firmer or, on the contrary, a more conciliatory approach?

Go try it, it's the best KFC in Toulouse! ❤ Honestly, a very good KFC! Fast service, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. Orders are respected and the food is hot. I recommend it! 👍

They gave me a wrong type of fries and the food was cold, but except this evening is good

Undercooked fries, meager toppings (cheddar in the fries, Nutella in the naan), the service lacks politeness and friendliness.

They handle chicken like no one else, the tenders are always so good.
