Subway sur Blagnac

First experience at this Subway restaurant and frankly, there are a few points for improvement. 1) One of the waitresses wasn't wearing a hairnet or cap, so a customer found hair in his sandwich. When he pointed it out, they made him a new sandwich, but when he asked the waitress to wear a hairnet or cap to prevent this, he was ignored by the staff, who continued serving as if it were normal. 2) The restrooms were very dirty, with no soap and no paper towels. 3) With the kids' meal deal, you had to ask for the free gift, otherwise it wouldn't have been given. 4) The servers don't change their gloves between sandwiches and use the same utensils for all food. If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs (vegetarian, pork-free, etc.), this is definitely not ideal. It's a shame because the restaurant is otherwise well located.

Friendly and helpful staff. I love Subway sandwiches, unfortunately there isn't one in Montauban, what a shame.

We are just passing through and at home grated cheese is not an extra unless you want a double dose, a minor drawback.

Great restaurant, top-notch service with very friendly and welcoming staff!

I ordered two tuna sandwiches from the drive-thru, and when I got home, there was no tuna in either of them. Is this a joke? I got a salad in a bun instead. I'm extremely disappointed. Honestly, it's rubbish.
