KFC sur Thionville

I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars, maybe even less, but I don't know if they had enough staff to justify a lower rating due to the wait. The person apologized, and I thank them for that, but the place was very dirty and some tables were sticky.

I regularly go to this KFC and, usually, everything goes very well. The staff is generally welcoming and the service is decent. However, my experience on August 6, 2026, was disastrous. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we heard the manager shouting very loudly at the employees from the window. He wasn't just speaking to them curtly; he was insulting and yelling at them in front of the other customers, even though the team already seemed completely overwhelmed. Since my order was incorrect, I had to go inside the restaurant. Inside, dozens of people were waiting in what appeared to be a very chaotic setup. The most shocking thing, however, wasn't the wait, but the manager's attitude toward his team. He spoke extremely disrespectfully to the employees, insulting and belittling them in front of everyone. One of the targeted employees seemed to be new, which made the situation even more unacceptable. I have been a customer of this establishment for a long time and had never seen this person before, but their behavior was particularly shocking. No employee should have to endure insults and such humiliation in the workplace, let alone in front of customers. I sincerely hope that management will take this situation seriously and implement measures to prevent this kind of behavior from happening again. This was a very unpleasant experience, both for the customers present and for the employees who had to endure this attitude.

Only downside is the parking lot is blocked by a max 2m10 barrier. This is absolutely ridiculous you can only use the few spots of the drive and even these are taken by small cars.

Amazing KFC! The staff is fantastic and so friendly, and you don't have to wait long—it arrives piping hot. The ice cream is exactly like in the commercials. It was truly amazing, I highly recommend this restaurant. Plus, it's clean too. Keep up the good work! <3

Overall, it's an excellent fast food restaurant. The place is great in the restaurant; it's been completely renovated and stays true to the brand's concept. However, for takeout orders, you always forget the sauces, even when they're included in the meal... It gets annoying after a while, so please be more careful! I recommend this KFC, which has improved for the better in my opinion.

The food is good and the table service is the fastest I've ever had. It's also the cheapest fast-food place around. Or at least I think so. For a big eater like me, I usually spend around €25. But if you're more frugal than I am, you can get a meal for about €15.

KFC was truly fantastic and lovely, and the waitress was very kind and beautiful.
