KFC sur Lognes

Bravo to young Ouassim Who took the time to serve us by answering all the questions, with a smile.

There weren't many people, the service was very very very but really very long, all the male kitchen staff did not have caps on their heads, not good for hygiene. Too bad because the place is very clean, parking available as well as an indoor and outdoor play area for children, that's really good. In terms of food, the chickens in the woodsheds are getting smaller and smaller. The corn on the cob is full of water from real porridge. Fortunately, ice cream is catching up. On the other hand, powder-based drinks like ice tea were undrinkable.

Being in the area, I went there twice as it was difficult to find places open to order very late. The welcome was good, warm. We didn't have the same people the 2 times we came but each time they were patient and understanding. Thank you to the team for their work and for this truly present human side. I would like to thank two of the people on the team (who only work on weekends it seems) for the help they gave me when I broke down in the parking lot. I don't know their first names but they will recognize each other. Thanks again for your help!!!

I have been coming to KFC in Lognes several times a week for over 2 years now. I'm not coming back for nothing: cuisine: the dishes are always well presented (no sandwiches placed crooked), they arrive hot (not lukewarm or cold). Service: if I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would have done so, it is by far the restaurant (all combined) which has the best service, the staff, ALL the staff are warm, welcoming so inevitably it makes you want to to come back again and again. The fact of having installed electrical and USB sockets in the majority of places is a plus that even... McDonald's didn't do... it's still 2024! Cleanliness is not neglected so the health risk is much lower than in other restaurants of all types. I highly recommend this KFC, you will be served by caring, smiling, welcoming staff. (No I was not paid for this review, it is easy to leave a negative review but I believe that when things go well: IT NEEDS TO BE SAYED!
