Very good experience, a restaurant at the foot of the airfield runways.

We held a cocktail reception for my daughter's confirmation at the Briefing restaurant, and everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is full of charm, ideal for this type of family event. As for the food, we were in heaven: it was excellent and the cake was simply sumptuous! A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. We will definitely be back! Hello, We visited on June 26th and had a wonderful time. The menu created by Chef Aurélien and Pastry Chef Gwendoline was delicious. The entire team was attentive to our requests and took excellent care of us. A big thank you also to Valérie and Murielle for their warm welcome, helpful advice, and cheerful disposition. We had a very pleasant time in this intimate and peaceful setting. A truly wonderful experience that we are happy to recommend!

A huge thank you to Le Briefing restaurant for their warm welcome during this wonderful White Party. The entire team greeted us with smiles and genuine kindness, in a pleasant setting and a friendly atmosphere that greatly contributed to the success of the evening. A big thank you also to the DJ, who was fantastic from beginning to end, keeping the party going and getting us dancing all night long.

What a wonderful discovery in Lognes! We had a delightful time in a refined and very pleasant setting. The presentation of the dishes was truly remarkable, with meticulous attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the delicate flavors, especially the beautiful, perfectly cooked piece of fish. Everything was visually stunning. This is a place I highly recommend. We will gladly return to try the rest of the menu.
