There was a lot of disorganization and the service lacked empathy.

Hello, this was my first time ordering here today. I placed my order at 1:34 PM and received it at 1:56 PM. From what I could see, there was only one server, and he seemed to be struggling a bit with the service. Almost all the tables still had food scraps or spilled drinks, and some were still wet. The electrical outlets on the tables weren't working either. On the other hand, the air conditioning was a real plus in this heat. The interior was very pleasant and cool. I especially want to highlight one point: the person at the register isn't a friend of mine, and I didn't know her before, but she treated me with incredible kindness and politeness, as if we were old friends. She was truly very friendly and attentive. My meal was served hot and very well packaged. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. Thank you to the whole team.

Very late service. The service is very late, I waited half an hour, plus the tables are very dirty, not clean.

When we went to KFC they were really short in personal and a lot of people were waiting for their food. But they stayed super friendly and remained calm. They did a great job☺️ and the food was great as always 😋 thank you! :)

The ordering machine broke down and the shop assistant was very kind to take our order by hand and translate the questions into Spanish.

I usually love KFC, but this time they used way too much baking soda. My mouth felt so bitter after eating it that I had to throw it away. If possible, dilute the baking soda with water before adding it to the chicken.

Clean. Fast service. Top-notch fries and chicken! A real step up! Well done and thank you to the team ♡
