A huge thank you to Mohamed, the manager, who single-handedly handled everything! He greeted me at the payment kiosk, took my order, and prepared it himself, even though all the other employees, including those inside, were absent. Despite this situation, Mohamed managed perfectly, with professionalism and efficiency. Plus, the service was fast! A big thank you to him for his dedication and hard work. He truly deserves to be commended for his efforts. 👏👏

A bit overwhelmed by the orders. Needs a bit more organization.

Over an hour's wait and still not served, and the staff were unfriendly.

It's incredibly busy tonight, and having two employees wait over an hour is unacceptable. And to top it all off, the staff are unpleasant.

It's taking a really long time, frankly, but Théo is very strong and fast, thank you to him for speeding things up and saving us from waiting (thanks Théo the GOAT).

Hello, this was my first time ordering here today. I placed my order at 1:34 PM and received it at 1:56 PM. From what I could see, there was only one server, and he seemed to be struggling a bit with the service. Almost all the tables still had food scraps or spilled drinks, and some were still wet. The electrical outlets on the tables weren't working either. On the other hand, the air conditioning was a real plus in this heat. The interior was very pleasant and cool. I especially want to highlight one point: the person at the register isn't a friend of mine, and I didn't know her before, but she treated me with incredible kindness and politeness, as if we were old friends. She was truly very friendly and attentive. My meal was served hot and very well packaged. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. Thank you to the whole team.

Very late service. The service is very late, I waited half an hour, plus the tables are very dirty, not clean.
