This is THE Vietnamese restaurant in the Pau area. The food is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is pleasant. You can go there without hesitation.

At Kim's, everything is excellent, fresh, and cooked to order. It has a family atmosphere with many regulars whom Mathieu calls by their first names. It's a must-try for Vietnamese cuisine, an institution :-), the dining room is small so reservations are essential. As soon as I'm back in Pau, I'll try to eat there. Don't change a thing! Elizabeth (and Nicole).

Takeout. The person at the counter was very friendly.
The food was a mixed bag. The spring rolls were fresh but had too much salad. The duck with pineapple was mealy.

As for the food, it was excellent and very reasonably priced. However, the service was poor; there were no smiles or politeness, and I felt like I was bothering them.

We've been coming to Kim's regularly for several years now. Everything is homemade, the flavors are authentic—in short, a treat every time.

My first time at this restaurant, the €20 set menu was very generous, with a varied plate including samosas, spring rolls, shrimp fritters, duck with pineapple, and rice – very good.
I would gladly return.

A very pleasant time at Kim's.
We were regularly asked if everything was alright.
We had the €20 set menu, which we found very generous and delicious.
