Absolutely fantastic! The welcome was very friendly, the products are fresh, and the sushi, calamari, etc., are made to order right there on the spot, so they're super fresh, just like the homemade dishes. Excellent value for money.

02/01/2026: For New Year's Eve, I ordered an assortment of sushi and skewers from AJI-SUSHI. It was my first time, but certainly not my last. The food was delicious, and the owner has a real knack for business, which is a valuable quality these days. Thank you, and see you soon.
20/08/2025: A little haven of peace in the heart of Aix! The sushi is delicious, the service is fast and very welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and warm, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. Special mention for the house cocktail, a real treat. I highly recommend it!
