A continuing disappointment. We've been coming from Saverne to this excellent pastry shop for years, but we're finding it increasingly difficult to navigate! The service is becoming increasingly cold, with regular mistakes, poorly cleaned tables, and the bread is sometimes worse than supermarket bread... The pastries are still delicious, but the price should be justified by an impeccable atmosphere! This needs to be addressed urgently for this Alsatian establishment, which relies heavily on its reputation and location...

The products are of good quality, the pastries are beautiful, however the staff is incredibly unfriendly and downright awful when the haughty owner is there. I won't be going back; a smile never hurt anyone.

Excellent bakery and pastry shop, always so pleasant with many choices both in the bread and pastry sections, not forgetting the small dishes to take away or enjoy on site.

I don't find this bakery all that exceptional, contrary to some reviews. Try the beef focaccia; it's greasy and dry. The sandwiches are sometimes just okay, and the bread is dry and overcooked. Last time, I had an all-chocolate cookie, and it tasted burnt because it was also overcooked. They have some nice things, but for me, the taste just isn't there. I only go there when I have no other choice because of my work schedule.

22/08/2026: I attended the annual spit-roasted wild boar evening, and having tasted it often elsewhere, I must admit that this one is the best. It was perfectly cooked, tender, pink, with a perfect flavor—neither too strong nor bland. Kudos to the chef who has mastered the art of spit-roasting! I can't wait to return next year, and what's more, the price is quite reasonable for an all-you-can-eat product.

15/08/2026: Dinner on a Friday evening. A very warm welcome; the waiter was passionate about his work and what he offered, generous with advice, and always smiling. The meats were high quality, the portions were generous, and the dishes were fresh and homemade. The service was quick. There was plenty of space around the tables, which was also good for intimate meals. I highly recommend it.
14/08/2026: I was captivated from the moment I walked in by the charming setting and the magnificent wooden creations made by the owner's brother, if I'm not mistaken... Then we discovered the chef's immense talent, who delighted us from start to finish with high-quality ingredients and entirely homemade cuisine. Everything was delicious! The waiter was also very friendly and knew perfectly how to showcase the dishes. Special mention goes to the cocktails, offered with his own personal touch that truly made all the difference. A wonderful discovery, a real pleasure from beginning to end. We can't wait to go back!
