the concept of the pleace is definitely really interesting, but the main attraction - the ramen was not the best, the vegetarian option (only one) was okey but nothing really special, other manzamen option was also okey but I would say that the chef version was not worth the extra money, the lobster ramen definitely had an amazing broth, but also the chef version wasn’t worth the extra money, I would say that it seems to be more interesting than it really is and ramens need some extra effort and attention

Strong points: great setting, the ramen is good, everything sets the mood Negative points: the QR code wait is a good idea, but we had an announced 1h10 and finally we were seated after 2 hours. Inside we are literally on top of each other, glued to our table neighbors. The service is much too long, almost 45 minutes to be served. It gets hot quickly with the ramen broth. Opinion: certainly the setting is worth the detour, but just take a photo and go back a little to rue Saint Anne you will eat there just as well and more peacefully

It was too good. The atmosphere is really cool, friendly and immersive. If you like Japan and ramen, go there with your eyes closed.

This is one of the just try food in Paris which the fish broth ramen is rarely found in anywhere. Please bear in mind that the queue is very long but they have a proper queueing apps so please queue one hour ahead using the QR. Do not go there when it’s almost close because you will end with disappointment

Wonderful ! An organization to be commended and very fast service while offering generous and absolutely delicious portions!!! All in a unique and original setting! A great time spent there :)

If you’re around the Louvre, this is a place worth checking out. It’s small, cramped and really done up to feel like the famous Tsukiji fish market in Japan. Their specials appear to be (no surprise) fish-based, and the sardine bomb ramen (with the chef recommendation of spicy sauce and tamago egg) was simply the best ramen I have ever had, hands down. It’s a rich broth full of umami, with a fresh side of sardine and a char su that melts in your mouth. And the ramen? Fresh fresh fresh - springy, perfectly cooked, and just soaks up the goodness of the broth. Add a frosty cold mug of Kirin, and this qualifies for what I’d want for my last meal. Wife had the lobster mazemen, which she waxed lyrical about. I’m sure it was good, but after a few spoonfuls of the sardine bomb ramen, it came across as rather mild (and generally more agreeable with anyone who isn’t into a really fishy, savory broth) Pro tip - come early if you don’t have a reservation, or call to reserve a table.

Almost just fish ramen, but very tasty. Good dessert with caramelized sunflower seeds and coffee and pumpkin seed ice cream. Very specially furnished, special atmosphere.

The best fish ramen I've ever eaten!
