Koi sur Aix-En-Provence

We ate there last night, the four of us. We ordered sushi, sashimi, yakitori, ramen, and a duck dish, so we explored the menu and everything was perfect. The raw fish was fresh and flavorful, the yakitori incredible, the ramen broth divine, and the duck dish delicate and full of flavor. The welcome was warm and the service quick. We were delighted, and I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed this lovely spot for a late dinner. Sat at the counter and watched the talented chefs, who personally served us a delicious Canard (duck) dish with sweet sauce and amazing sweet potato gratin. Atmosphere was bustling so the bus service was a fast pace and could slow down to provide customers a more relaxed environment. Loved the Japonais cuisine, though!

Very tasty dishes, pleasant and fast service

We went there for our child's birthday. The setting is simply stunning and the staff very pleasant. The food is delicious and plentiful. We ordered a cocktail, several appetizers, and a main course. We had a wonderful evening. A big thank you to the waitress for her kindness and professionalism.

An excellent restaurant for Japanese food lovers. Everything is in place for a wonderful experience. The manager and his entire team are very welcoming and attentive! The cuisine is refined and flavorful; you absolutely must try the salmon and truffle sushi! The ambiance and decor are also very elegant. A big thank you to Yen for contributing to our delightful discovery of Aix-en-Provence. A special mention to Damien and his colleagues for the quality of service and their ever-present smiles!

A wonderful memory discovered by chance 5 years ago... since then, the owners have changed, but they've made it even better for lovers of Asian cuisine. The core elements remain the same: the menu is divided between cold Japanese-inspired dishes featuring sushi and other fresh fish preparations, and hot dishes like ramen, Japanese omelet, and beef udon, all vying for a spot on your plate. All of this is offered and served by a dedicated team. A huge thank you to the head waiter who arranged a table for us for 5 without a reservation in under 10 minutes flat, and to the team serving on the upstairs terrace—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely 🙏 A warm welcome and quality dishes that will leave you wanting to return... We were here 5 years ago; the decor and ownership have changed, but it's still just as good.

The welcome and service were impeccable, with professionalism and attentiveness. The cuisine was refined and diverse, ranging from classic Thai to original Japanese dishes. The desserts were equally impressive (which is rare for an Asian restaurant), as were the cocktails. My gourmet choices: Japanese fried egg with truffle (absolutely divine!), monkfish tempura with sriracha mayo sauce, seared salmon and truffle nigiri sushi, and crab dynamite rolls.

Excellent meal and top-notch service from Anthony and Guillaume. We'll definitely be back! 😉
