A great Japanese restaurant!
I went with a friend who's deeply immersed in Japanese culture and had just returned from a month-long road trip in Japan. She happily rediscovered the flavors of her trip, especially the miso ramen (according to her, the best miso she'd tasted in France). The staff is attentive. For me, it was a great find.
However, be warned, it's very hot and humid inside (we went in the middle of summer), which somewhat spoiled the experience. The air conditioning is ineffective... In fact, it could use a little updating. The outdoor tables, with their limited seating, are more recommended.
I'm deducting one star for these reasons.

A very good restaurant in Aix with a lovely and varied menu. The dishes are of high quality and delicious. A top choice in Aix. For food lovers. The dining room is modest and can fill up quickly, which can lengthen the service. Affordable prices.

An incredible discovery last night in Aix 🍣🇯🇵
This Japanese restaurant is definitely one of the best I've ever tried. The service is super friendly 😊 but above all, the food is exceptional: everything is full of flavor, expertly prepared, and you can taste the homemade quality. We truly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end 😋🔥
We can't wait to go back and try even more dishes. A truly excellent Japanese restaurant, 100% recommended 🙌🍜

I arrived late, and the restaurant had a sign saying they were no longer taking customers for the evening. When we asked, the chef kindly agreed to take us in, and he even smiled.
All the servers were very pleasant, discreet, and efficient.
As for the meal, I was blown away! The ingredients were fresh, incredibly flavorful, with a perfect balance of tastes.
The sushi, maki, gyoza, and yakitori were divine, the best I've ever had.
The fried chicken was exceptional, tender inside and crispy outside.
In short, a real treat! I'll definitely be back. This is a place to recommend widely to lovers of good Japanese cuisine.
