One night while traveling in Paris, after having some drinks, I suddenly craved Japanese food and stopped by this restaurant. To be honest, the ramen itself might not taste quite like "authentic" ramen in Japan. I was particularly struck by the strong sesame flavor. However, what left the biggest impression on me was the personality of the French-born owner. When serving, he playfully said in Japanese, "It's a fake, but please enjoy your meal." His humble and warm consideration gave me an indescribable sense of comfort in this unfamiliar foreign land. It was a harsh winter in Paris, but thanks to the Japanese the owner spoke, both my heart and stomach were warmed. Personally loved this place. First time visiting Paris with my friends from school and after visiting the Notre Dame looking for something to eat, we came across this place. Amazing food, good service, toilets were accessible and clean as well as the place generally.

I stopped by this ramen shop on my way home from drinking, and it was delicious!! The waiter, Mathieu, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and his Japanese was excellent. He also provided great customer service, so I had a wonderful time!! As a Japanese person, this is one of the restaurants I would recommend! by Tetsuya
