A delightful discovery, one you wouldn't expect to find within the train station. Beautifully presented, high-quality ingredients, generous portions at a very reasonable price. Pleasant and efficient service. I highly recommend it, but not too highly, as I'd like to easily find a seat next time I happily return :)

If you want to enjoy a good coffee, a snack, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, and countless other drinks, don't hesitate to visit. I was amazed by its informal and welcoming atmosphere. Its terrace is fantastic on sunny days, and the glass-enclosed interior makes rainy days pleasant, watching the rain fall. I was fascinated by its coworking space with its restored furniture and tables overlooking the platforms—a fantastic place to create and work. So, whether you're just passing through or you live in Bayonne, enjoy this place created by good people. 😀

Korail Café Right next to the station. Slightly hidden, just to the right when you walk out. No travel time. We had a fantastic time at Korail on Sunday. We had beef bourguignon (so tender) and spinach lasagna (so flavorful) as our main courses – delicious and tasty! And Amatxi's Basque cake was amazing!

09/06/2026: It's at the side of a busy main road, so there is a lot of traffic/ buses stopping etc. However they fit us in on a Friday night which was appreciated. The food was OK, not the best we've had in the area.
09/06/2026: I didn’t really enjoy this place. We had to sit about 20 yards from a bus stop where a bus came every 5 minutes, which wasn't ideal. The staff were okay, though they seemed a little standoffish. The food came way too quickly—it was on the table almost as soon as we ordered, which always concerns me. The meal itself wasn't great either; it was very bland and basic. On the plus side, they played some good music and the atmosphere was nice. We usually like to stay after eating to have a chat, but we left straight after our food as the surroundings weren't the best. 6 out of 10.
