A place I stumbled upon by chance! I knew the Schwartz chain for its burgers, but I didn't know they had this little fast-food joint specializing in hot dogs. Honestly, we loved it!
The hot dogs are generously filled, and the nachos are very good too. Perfect for a quick meal in the Marais.

Absolutely excellent! A real gem in Paris! The hot dogs are delicious, generously filled, and served piping hot. The bun is soft, the sausages are flavorful, and the sauces are plentiful. You can taste the quality of the ingredients; it's indulgent, and there are plenty of options. The prices are reasonable. The staff is really friendly, smiling, and efficient. I discovered this place by chance, and it's become one of my favorites for a quick bite or takeout. The hot dog stand is very convenient—no need to sit at a table. I highly recommend it!

This is a fast service place, not a restaurant, and well operated.
Also, the buns are very fresh, even at 10:45 PM.
We had 3 different hotdogs and enjoyed every mouthfuls.
If you like beer, they have a good one.
And for these I give them a five.
