The waiters are super friendly. And the food is excellent. I tried the risotto twice with different toppings. They were perfect. A little pricey, but it's high quality. Worth it. Great place.

Friendly atmosphere. Simple and generous cuisine made with good ingredients. It's a shame we couldn't get a table on the terrace: please specify this when booking, as the heat inside can be uncomfortable.

Like many Paris restaurants, this one felt touristy — lovely seating, good wine, and a rating high enough that I had to try it. The food didn’t quite live up to the hype, though the pasta is worth ordering. I love Italian food, and the cacio e pepe was perfectly al dente with a well-seasoned sauce — a touch of rosemary was a nice, flavor-enhancing surprise. If you like a generous amount of sauce, you’ll be happy here; I found it excessive — pasta should be coated, not swimming. Heads up: the “petit portion” is already fairly large. The rest of the meal was a letdown. The bruschetta’s focaccia was stale rather than toasted, and the dish needed acidity (balsamic) or more punch from garlic or basil — the aubergines were the only real bright spot. The polenta cakes had good flavor from the truffle and parmigiano, but the polenta itself tasted refried and reheated, leaving it thick, greasy, and oddly crunchy.

A very intimate restaurant with a superb menu of dishes and drinks. If you want to tantalize your taste buds, I highly recommend it!

A truly memorable experience at this restaurant on Rue Saint-Denis. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and every dish served is a delight for both the eyes and the palate. I was particularly taken with the risotto, delicately topped with a perfectly seared shrimp. It's the kind of place where you take the time to savor every bite, right up to the generous dessert that beautifully concludes the meal. An excellent find.

The pasta was very good (we only tried the spaghetti carbonara), but what can I say about the wines… Not only were they particularly expensive, but they were also bad, even though there were two of us and we ordered two different wines. Neither was good (and I should mention that we do like Italian wines). As for the service, nothing special (not particularly friendly, but not unpleasant either). What a shame, considering the food was otherwise good.
