It was very good, a bit pricey though for the portions (I'm talking about the tapas and drinks). The udon noodles were good! I would also complain that the tapas arrived slowly and the wait outside was a bit long. I would still come back, though; it was very good and the staff were friendly.

We ordered one Oyako-don and one Katsu-don. The Oyako-don was delicious. On the other hand, I have never seen a Katsu-don this bad before. It seemed like frozen ingredients were used, and it even had that distinctive smell of having been in the freezer for a long time. Restaurants in mainland Japan definitely do a good job with frying, but the pork cutlet here was the worst. Even Korean pork cutlets, which generally tend to be of slightly lower quality than those in Japan, have never been this terrible.

I had an amazing time here with friends two weeks ago. The food was beautifully prepared, and the service was outstanding. I especially loved the sake recommendation and the elegant presentation of each dish. Everything was thoughtfully crafted and made for a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be back!

We wanted to return to Kunitoraya after many years, and it was truly disappointing. Two small dishes for over €40... I ordered a katsudon and was very disappointed. The breading was thin, not crispy, and the breaded pork was oversalted. The oyakodon was okay. The quality and quantity were lacking. That said, the service was very good. We were warmly welcomed and seated. The restaurant has a beautiful decor and ambiance.

22/07/2026: The portions are too small, but given the restaurant's upscale location and the reasonable prices, that's to be expected. I didn't see a terrace. It was hot inside, and the water carafes were already on the tables, so they weren't cold; we didn't dare ask for ice. A shame. The service wasn't very welcoming. I won't be going back.

23/06/2026: One of my favorite spots in Paris. Excellent miso soup, onigiri, and matcha. Only downsides: high prices and limited opening hours.
