Kushikatsu Bon in Paris is a true gem! The chef is simply fantastic and uses incredible skill and creativity to conjure up delicious Kushikatsu skewers that offer a true taste experience. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes are first class. What is particularly noteworthy is how polite and courteous the entire staff was. The service was perfect from start to finish and contributed significantly to a wonderful evening. A must for anyone who wants to experience Japanese cuisine at its best. We will definitely come back!

Une découverte gustative exceptionnelle . les brochettes sont excellentes, toutes les saveurs sont délicates, goûteuses, bien dosées. Les ingrédients employés sont de grandes qualité (foie gras , crevettes, bœuf …) . À chaque bouchée une nouvelle découverte, et tout est très léger et excellent saké pour accompagner le repas. La décoration est simple mais raffinée de même que le couvert. Le service est très attentionné , les plats et la façon de les déguster sont expliqués avec soin. Très grande amabilité , bravo au chef et à toute son équipe et merci pour cette très belle soirée du 20 juin 2024.

“PERFECT” is the ideal word to describe our first experience in this restaurant that we had the chance to discover through a friend and we were quite proud to go there. We took the menu for €78 and all stages of our meal were of exceptional taste. Without even talking about the welcome, all the staff were at the top so if you read this little message don't hesitate and book without delay!!!!!!! Thank you to the chef (boss) for the 2 small teas that you offered us.

17/11/2024: This neighborhood Japanese restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes and is generally decent. However, not all skewers are equal: while those with beef and cheese are tasty, those with chicken lack authenticity, which is disappointing. As for the Las Vegas that I took, they were just okay, nothing more. In addition, the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, which strongly impacts the overall experience. To be honest, the restaurant doesn't seem to have any identity of its own, nothing that sets it apart from other similar establishments, which is unfortunate. Even if the dishes meet expectations, they lack that touch of originality that could make you want to come back. Despite everything, I left without feeling like I had been cheated, which remains a positive point. However, the overall experience didn't impact me enough for me to want to return.
