The team was incredibly welcoming and accommodating (we made a small mistake with our reservation, but they still managed to find us a table). The food was delicious, plentiful, and the service was top-notch! We will definitely be back.

We came for lunch today for a birthday meal, but the wait was too long: the cook had forgotten about us!!! That being said, the food was very healthy and delicious!

A beautiful rustic restaurant with very attentive staff and fantastic food. We had the lunch set menu, each course was very tasty and well presented. The staff were all very friendly and translated the menu to English where required. Highly recommended restaurant and it's always a good sign when so many locals use the restaurant as well

Hello. I discovered this restaurant on the show "It's Better When It's Good" on social media. I booked a table for Sunday, April 13, 2025. There were three of us. We arrived with high expectations for the restaurant. And what can I say? Bravo to the entire team. Not a single flaw. Everything was perfect. A fantastic welcome despite the restaurant being packed. A breathtaking setting. I felt so comfortable inside. All I wanted was for Ragnar to arrive and drink a horn of mead. Truly everything I love. It was sublime. We had a waitress who was amazing! I can't remember her name. But she was truly wonderful. As for the food, what can I say except: It's GOOD! RICH! GENEROUS! WAY TOO GENEROUS! APHRODISIAC! Let's all calm down. Seriously, well done to the team. The Garbure was excellent. I had three helpings before even ordering the main course. That alone is enough for a main course. Except that it's not even the starter. So when you follow it up with a starter/main course/dessert, trust me, you have to be prepared for a challenge. This isn't a gourmet restaurant. No fancy presentation. It's simple. Sometimes a little too simple. But that's not why we're here. We're here for authenticity. And it works! Bearded men! Old-timers! Wood! Fire! Aroma and love. In the heart and on the plate. It was fabulous. Your restaurant is definitely one of my top restaurants. Everything was good. Garbure. Excellent Foie Gras. Campaillon in tartiflette. So you really have to persevere to get the main course/cheese/dessert after the garbure and such a starter. Perfect eggs with mushrooms, wow! Suckling pig. Confit ham hock. Pork loin. None of these three dishes is better than the others. Everything is good. Cheese. Blueberry crème brûlée. I loved it. Millas. It's not really my thing, but I had to try it. And it's good too. My goodness. We took our time. We must have stayed at the table for at least 3.5 hours. Relaxing. Time to have an aperitif. Eat. Drink. Drink twice. Eat again. And then drink again and finally have one last little thing. And one last drink for the road. 2.5 hours! Drive there. 2.5 hours drive back. It was absolutely worth it! And I'll be back. Thank you. The setting is very welcoming, an old-fashioned inn that has retained its original charm. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. The food is wonderful, and for those with a big appetite, they make rib-eye steaks weighing over a kilo! 😱 I highly recommend this place.

Garbure, suckling pig, ribeye steak, it was a pleasure to eat in this very good restaurant.

The place is beautiful, the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the cooking is perfectly executed. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. You can go without hesitation! 👌😊

I hadn't been there in a long time... I was quite disappointed. It's nothing like it used to be. This change could have been good, but I don't agree. That's just my opinion. A €14 starter for an heirloom tomato, a few lettuce leaves, and a tiny bit of ricotta cheese... two small, thin pieces of cheese for €7 or €8... I found it expensive. I won't be going back. In response to your reply, there are no friendly ties with the old-timers. I'm not saying it wasn't good, just small portions and a bit pricey. 😉

My wife and I ate very well, even much better than in the days of the two brothers, but unfortunately, the inn of yesteryear was mainly about the atmosphere created by the two brothers. Leave your mark.
