The food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, and the local cuisine was truly excellent. I highly recommend this must-visit spot in the Couserans region.

We had a wonderful time at Auberge d’Antan, from start to finish! Everything was perfect for a fantastic evening: a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, a warm welcome, and delicious food.
We don't understand some of the negative comments, as our experience was so positive… A big thank you to the whole team for this lovely time; we will gladly return.

Having been a regular here with the previous owners, I can say that the new manager, who is a chef, is every bit as good as they were…
Everything was delicious. From the appetizers to the dessert.
A special mention goes to the ribeye steak, which melted in your mouth like butter and was cooked to perfection.
And what can I say about the staff… they are very well-dressed, clean, and welcoming. Here's to a long and successful new venture! 🤘🤘🤘

Looking at the reviews, I admit I was a little worried, given the change of ownership, the menu, and the overall atmosphere. But despite all my preconceptions, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! From the portions and presentation to the taste, everything was perfect. I think the negative reviews stemmed from customers expecting to see the two bearded men there for a photo. The new owner is every bit as good as the previous ones, and a special mention goes to the cocktails, which are very original and, above all, delicious (thank you, Léon!).

A very pleasant restaurant; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the garbure (cabbage soup) to dessert, not to mention the very welcoming staff.
I recommend this place 1000%!

We came to have dinner at the inn run by ZZ Top, the two bearded guys... but... they sold out 😢😢. We enjoyed the area, the laid-back vibe, and the beautiful weekend weather 😁.
The inn... the food disappointed us; we were expecting something amazing... but no!
Good, but nothing special.
The atmosphere wasn't there.
We don't regret it, though.

This place, where authentic, home-style cooking was accompanied by a warm atmosphere and the gentle sounds of cooking in the fireplace, is a different story altogether.
The atmosphere is completely different now, with new management and a new way of operating that has left the place soulless.
I was disappointed by the meal today, and especially by the lack of communication with the staff (distant, no interaction, a heavy atmosphere, and a feeling of being intruded).
