The dishes were original, also with vegetarian options (I had a vegetarian crumble); the service was great, we arrived past 13:30 and they received us no problem; and the place is beautiful!

After a friendly welcome in this beautiful ambiance, we enjoyed the exquisite lunch menu! From the lovely wine list, we chose an excellent local Viognier to accompany it!
Afterwards, the chef chats with the guests, creating a pleasant atmosphere!
We will definitely be back!

A delicious burger served with crispy homemade fries. All in truly generous portions! The ribeye steak we shared with our neighbors also looked tempting.
The outdoor tables are on the street, but the noise level remains reasonable.

Located at the edge of Uzès' historic center, L'Esprit du Samaritain is a restaurant offering brasserie-style cuisine in an authentic, family-friendly atmosphere.
The ingredients are fresh, and the fries are homemade, which is a welcome change these days when many restaurateurs prefer to use frozen food wholesalers.
Personally, I ordered the Farmer burger (pulled pork) and was slightly disappointed by the amount of BBQ sauce, which, in my opinion, overpowered the burger a bit.
Aside from that minor point, frankly, I have no complaints. The service was excellent, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend it.

While passing through Uzès, we discovered this restaurant. The €25 lunch menu was complete and excellent. The chef perfectly respected my cooking preferences. Thank you.

A truly wonderful discovery was the restaurant L’Esprit du Samaritain. We had a fantastic time. The dishes were delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented.
Special mention goes to the young waitress who looked after our table: clearly trained in hospitality, she demonstrated great elegance in her service, attentiveness, and a real eye for detail. Her wine recommendation to pair with the meal was simply perfect and greatly contributed to the quality of our experience. The attentive and professional service made our meal particularly enjoyable. We will gladly return.
