Loved this restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff and chef we felt very welcomed and taken cared of here. The food is great! There are all the "local" specialties like potjevleesch, Welsh and carbonnade flamand on the menu and all other dishes also looked very appealing. Every dish has a suggestion for a beer that pairs with it (which is very useful). We enjoyed our meal a lot and would definitely recommend coming here for dinner. Make a reservation beforehand though!

A warm atmosphere and authentic, comforting cuisine. The noise level in the dining room was very pleasant. The prices were slightly above our expectations, but we will definitely return.

We discovered this place through a meal deal. Our first disappointment was the menu's numerous small stars around dishes that require an extra charge to be ordered with the meal deal. However, when you do the math, there's no reason for this, as these items are included in the total cost of the meal deal without any additional charge. With this method, the restaurant takes a €10 markup on the total cost of the meal deal, which is enormous. This is our third meal deal, and this is the only restaurant that does this. Our advice: for meal deals, choose another restaurant in the Lille metropolitan area. Aside from that, the food was good. The portions of fries and salad accompanying the dishes were a bit too small. The children's portion was also really small. The children's fricadelle/fries plate was better proportioned. The adult dessert was also small. The waiter was welcoming and attentive. Very pleasant.

Authentic and generous cuisine where you feel like you're eating with family. A passionate chef and a waiter who takes excellent care of the customers with a truly appreciated kindness. I recommend this restaurant 200% and we will gladly return.
