We only know his restaurant where we ate as a family. Very good meal, very warm welcome and the service is more than perfect. We will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff.

flavor menu at 44 Euros......
As a starter, pan-fried foie gras, sorry but I'm still looking for it. Three small pieces of 1 cm2 with grilled and puffed corn. Oops....
Main course 4 scallops, rice and lots of sauce.
Signature dessert???
A tiny scoop of lemon ice cream, 3 to 4 teaspoons of chocolate mousse, half a shortbread cookie...
Not a big eater, luckily there was bread to go with it.
Good, but price...... given the quantities.
Not cool, I've had much better.

A welcome table to be perfected but service ok. The meal was excellent this afternoon, the butcher's piece top and cooked to perfection, other quality dishes, thanks to the chefs in the kitchen 👍 we will be back 👌

From welcoming him by telephone until our departure, everything was perfect! Very pleasant staff throughout our stay, very clean, comfortable and perfectly soundproofed room. The breakfast buffet is incredible and very varied. Perfect geographical location, less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Albi. I highly recommend!

C'est une très bonne table à un prix très raisonnable.
Menu entrée / plat / dessert à 30 € avec de très bons produits en bonne quantité, le service parfait avec des jeunes motivés. La responsable de la salle a pris le temps pour nous montrer la piscine et nous expliquer le côté familial de cet ensemble hôtelier, nous avons apprécié sa disponibilité.
A recommander sans hésiter.

Nous séjournions à l'hôtel et avons décidé d'y diner avec nos enfants. L'accueil était parfait et tous les plats excellents. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du menu enfant qui pour une fois ne proposait pas de surgelés. Les portions sont généreuses et le goût présent. Merci pour vos attentions à l'égard de nos enfants qui se souviendront longtemps de ce diner et de votre gentillesse.
