La Balade des Saveurs sur L'Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue

The staff were very friendly, as was the setting on the banks of the Sorgue. We had a wonderful time.

Regarding the food, there's nothing to complain about; the quality is excellent! The service from the waiter was perfect—kind and attentive. The only negative point was the waitress, who I think is the manager (red lipstick and red platform shoes), creating a stressful and negative atmosphere for her team, even though her own service wasn't perfect, which could make customers uncomfortable while they were eating.

The white tablecloths caught my eye. The chef's name was also appealing. We had lunch in a beautifully decorated, air-conditioned room. The welcome was excellent, the staff professional and lovely. The €27 menu was refined, delicious, and featured unusual flavors. Mmm. We stumbled upon it while passing through. I highly recommend this place, which is also beautiful by the water.

It's always a pleasure to dine at La Balade des Saveurs. The terrace is ideally located by the water. The welcome and service are always so pleasant. The ingredients are fresh and beautifully presented. The wine list features regional wines at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

A nice spot for dinner on the banks of the Sorgue. The service is friendly and the setting very pleasant! Like all the restaurants in the area, the prices are a bit high, but the dishes are all homemade, which is a nice touch! From what we tried: the starter was very good (perfect egg) and the main courses were good (braised pork and cuttlefish). However, everything could have used a bit more seasoning. Note that the children's menus are very (too?) elaborate for some! Ultimately, nothing beats the nuggets and fries 😵. The chocolate fondant, though, was a big hit with the kids! Overall, it's a good place where we had a very enjoyable time!

I came here for lunch after the Thursday market and had a table by the canal, which I would definitely recommend requesting when booking. It made the whole lunch feel relaxed and very Provence. I had the 38€ Menu des Balades, which was great value. The chilled melon soup was refreshing and perfect for a hot day, with crispy ham and crunchy almonds that made it simple but sophisticated - really unique and delicious. I then had the encornets à la Sétoise, squid in a rich tomato-style sauce with soft potatoes and rouille. It was comforting but still Mediterranean and not too heavy. I finished with the chocolate dessert with a chocolate heart, which was a lovely end to the meal. Service was friendly and easy, even on a busy market day. Food yes, service yes, value for money yes, vibes yes. A lovely spot for lunch after the market - especially if you get a canal-side table.
