We really enjoyed our lunch at Suzette Pancakerie. The welcome was very warm, and the view from the outdoor area, facing the church, is truly lovely.
As for the food, I ordered the Croc'Suzette, and my partner had a Turkish-inspired dish. Unfortunately, we weren't entirely convinced by the flavors of the savory dishes. The "perfect eggs," although we know they're usually quite gelatinous, also seemed undercooked.
The desserts, however, more than made up for it, as they were absolutely delicious (the Jeanne and Suzette pancakes)!
Overall, we recommend this place to pancake lovers and might even come back to try other dishes.

The salmon pancake was very good and very generous. There was a good amount of salmon. The avocado on bread was also very good and very generous. Lots of flavors. Beautiful presentation. We ate facing the beautiful Saint Nizier church, under the trees; it was perfect. For dessert, we had pancakes Suzette with a roasted apple and caramel, very good. We shared it as it was also very generous. The waitress was smiling, pleasant, and attentive. I recommend this place.

We loved having brunch at Suzette's. First of all, the location is ideal, with views of Fourvière on one side and the St. Nizier church on the other. It's situated on a lovely little square. The interior is beautifully decorated, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The welcome is truly exceptional; the servers are smiling, helpful, and attentive. I must give a special mention to the option of a lactose-free and gluten-free brunch, which is very much appreciated and quite rare (pancakes, cappuccino, everything is modified if needed). Not to mention the menu, where everything looks tempting and the taste is spot on! We loved it! I'll be back! 😍

We've been coming to Suzette Pancakes for a few years now, and we've noticed a decline in both the quality and quantity of the food. The staff is still very friendly, and the place is nicely decorated, but for a €25 brunch menu, the value for money isn't what it used to be. A major disappointment on our last visit: the salad was completely wilted, waterlogged, and inedible.
The dishes are good, but less refined. The avocado pancakes don't have much avocado, and it's in the form of guacamole, which isn't very flavorful.
The berries mentioned on the pancakes are frozen and really not very attractive or tasty. They shouldn't have been included at all... especially in the summer, when fruit is in season.

A great place for people eating gluten-free and lactose-free. But not only that, in other words, everyone can find something they like. They offer alternatives if needed, which I appreciate. I approve and recommend it.
