Relaxed restaurant/wine bar. Many wines and, above all, Champagnes to choose from. Good food but not outstanding. We drank Champagne, had a 2-course meal and a bottle of wine.

This is the former branch of the Bank of France. You can ask to visit the vault, which still exists!
An exceptional champagne list at surprisingly reasonable prices for a restaurant.
Very professional service, but the staff are friendly and engaging. A must-try! Reservations are essential, even on weekdays.

The second best steak I have eaten, the best post dinner espresso, wonderful wine. Friendly accommodating service that's not rushed. Cost was very reasonable given the quality of the meal. I would go again. (Extensive champagne menu as you would expect, can cator to vegan and vegetarians)

The setting is simply exceptional, majestically housed in the former Banque de France. The historic architecture lends a captivating charm and a unique atmosphere to this elegant brasserie. The food is flawless: the dishes are generous, flavorful, and true to the grand tradition of French brasseries, featuring high-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable, professional, friendly, and highly efficient. Special mention goes to the menu with three glasses of champagne, which perfectly complements the meal. An excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend!

A mixed experience.
The food is good, the kitchen is open, and you can see the staff working there—that's the restaurant's best feature.
From a service perspective, the servers aren't the friendliest, but they are relatively responsive.
However, the ambiance definitely needs improvement to make the setting and atmosphere more inviting. There's no music, the decor is dated, and the restrooms are rather gloomy, especially considering you're in the former vaults.
The initial idea of eating in a former bank is really appealing, but personally, I think it's underutilized.
