The price-quality ratio of the food is excellent. The restaurant is located in an old bank building with a casual, pleasant atmosphere. However, only 3 stars for the service because the staffing was very inconsistent. One of the waitresses clearly wasn't in the mood and just wasn't doing a good job. All in all, still worth 4 stars.

The place undeniably has charm: an original setting in a former bank, which is amusing when you go to the restroom, with a refined atmosphere and an unusual concept. Overall, it's a pleasant place to spend time with friends, without any particular expectations.
However, several elements clearly detract from the experience.
First, the service leaves a mixed impression. We were a small group, and there were two mistakes in our orders. While the dishes were taken back with apologies, which is commendable, it still reflects a hesitant approach. The service oscillates between amateurish and professional, which isn't really expected in this type of establishment.
Second, the value for money is questionable, with prices quite high considering what's offered.
But the most disappointing aspect is the dessert, and in particular the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee): it's hard not to feel like the customer is being taken for a ride. A coffee accompanied by just two tiny, neatly wrapped pralines, all for over €10, is frankly inadequate and completely out of step with expected standards.
Finally, in a city like Épernay, renowned for its high standards and quality—particularly its champagne—one legitimately expects a restaurant of equal caliber. Here, the disappointment is all the more pronounced. An interesting setting, but the execution is too uneven to fully justify the prices charged.

The place is huge and not very pretty, but it's the only one open on Sundays in Epernay.
The staff were very friendly throughout.
There wasn't a single good dish; they were all just okay. The sole was bland and tasted like hospital food, the salmon tataki was overcooked and had no flavor, the duck breast was incredibly tough and remained whole on the plate, the foie gras was more like mousse, and the cheeses were low quality.
I wouldn't go back.
But if you don't have another option, it's acceptable.

We went there by chance and were pleasantly surprised. We were a group of six and received excellent service.
The food was delicious and the service very efficient. I thought the atmosphere was lovely.

Had a lovely meal outside on the terrace.
The food is beautifully presented.
I ordered the tenderloin, but it wasn't quite right. It was tasty, though, but I think it was a sirloin. It did come with good peppercorn sauce and good fries. As a starter, I had scallops. Also tasty. Dessert was ice cream with a pear drizzled with chocolate. Very delicious.

The setting is lovely and pleasant. The service is friendly. The food is decent but nothing extraordinary. Slightly poor value for money in my opinion. I'll confirm this with a future visit.
