Quality products with a top choice of pastries and sandwiches! Unfortunately, not very friendly from the waitress. Feeling that the atmosphere is tense and that someone is disturbing. It's almost up to us to apologize... A real shame, no good-hearted service to customers even though the product offering is excellent! I will always return there because never disappointed, just disappointed to participate economically in a bakery which does not care about its customers...

We had breakfast in this bakery. It’s really a beautiful establishment and the range of products is really great! I wanted to have a caramel macchiato (listed on the menu) and the lady replied in a jaded/drunk way with “I don’t do that”… I settled for a cappuccino. We have the impression of disturbing the slightest request... (as indicated in the other comments) The products are of very good quality in any case. I will recommend your products :)

I did approach this bakery with a little trepidation, after some of the reviews here. But I found the service to be friendly and efficient. The sandwiches were amazing and probably the best I had in Epernay, or even possibly in France. Baguette was delicious with excellent crust, texture and crumb. The cakes are delicate, intricate and well-made. While we were here, there was a never-ending stream of locals coming in and buying their bread.
