La Baraque a Huitres sur Gujan-Mestras

Pleasant cabin, smiling staff. The oysters were good, but very disappointed by the bouquets (pink shrimp) and the small gray shrimp, full of water, no taste. In my opinion thawed.... No carafe of water at the table.

We enjoyed a delicious dozen oysters, accompanied by two glasses of exquisite white wine and some fresh sea shells. The family and cozy atmosphere is perfectly combined with the impeccable quality of the products. The oysters with butter and pate were especially delicious. The tranquility of the place, along with the gentle breeze from the bay, created an unparalleled atmosphere. The service was exceptional, attentive and friendly at all times. Without a doubt, La Baraque á Huítres is a culinary destination that deserves to be visited again and again.

Warm, family welcome, very well presented platter, very good products, accepts dogs (of all sizes), very clean place, decorated with great taste and simplicity. It is our flagship address at the port of Gujan. Never disappointed

We have just tasted excellent oysters, but also whelks, shrimp, Basque chili paste! With a really good white Uby to accompany it all! As well as a variety of different breads and a super good aioli! The staff and the owner are extremely kind. They offered us a blanket to cover us from a slightly cool wind! They are very commercial and very friendly. I 100% recommend this oyster shack! We will come back often and without hesitation! See you soon 👍😁

Always the same good products but regularly incomprehensible inflation for two years; For exactly the same thing we pay 54 EUROS to 2 in 2023; That’s 10 euros more than summer 2022. Why?
