I give it 5 stars, it's the best in Montreuil-Bellay for me. The quality and professionalism are top-notch, everything is homemade, from their chicken and fries to the excellent fish served with mashed potatoes. I approve of the quality of the products, the owner, and the waitress 👍👍 I forgot about the red meat for my afternoon snack 👏

I stumbled upon this restaurant opposite the castle; the owners were friendly and welcoming, and the traditional cuisine was excellent. I highly recommend it.

I had the andouillette sausage and fries, it was excellent, the fries were homemade, not frozen. I was very satisfied.
My partner had the flank steak and loved it. The restaurant has a view of the castle, it's a real change of scenery. I recommend it.

We arrived as a family of three with a 2-year-old. A high chair and changing table were provided! 👍🏻
The welcome was warm.
The food was delicious and homemade!
Real fries with real sauces were a real treat. The taste of good food.
The portions were just right.
It's a shame we weren't hungry enough for the profiteroles; they looked delicious!
The view is fantastic, facing the castle.
In short, don't hesitate.
The quality is excellent value for money.

We had lunch there one afternoon. The meal was excellent, with quality products. Special attention was paid to our daughter, with a specially tailored meal.
A very pleasant time shared as a family.

Beautiful terrace facing the castle.
Decent dishes in terms of taste and price.
Big plus for the homemade desserts, although they're a bit expensive.
The service was very slow, but we'd been warned, so it was okay.

In addition to the nice view with the castle, I recommend this restaurant! Very well received despite our fairly large group and a late schedule, we were pleasantly surprised by the very good food!
