Excellent stay, top-notch staff

Both the hotel and the restaurant, especially their location, left a very favorable impression overall. The quality of the cuisine has improved compared to last year. The only thing that was puzzling was the table setting, since the quality of the dishes was absolutely not up to the standard of the restaurant.

A magnificent hotel marred by the food service. The setting is superb, and the €300 prestige suite lived up to its promises in terms of comfort and aesthetics. However, the food service clearly marred our stay. At the hotel restaurant, despite a very limited menu (two choices per course due to a live music evening), we waited over an hour between the starter and main course, while other guests served after us were already seated. After pointing out the oversight, we received a sarcastic and derogatory remark from the manager, before she attempted to make up for it with a bottle of wine. The next morning, at breakfast, we experienced a heavy atmosphere and inappropriate comments from the staff, reinforcing our unease. In short: a magnificent place, but food service unworthy of the advertised standard. A shame...

Thank you to the whole team. Great atmosphere for Thursday evening's dinner. Always a warm and professional welcome; we will definitely return, even if the artist chosen yesterday wasn't our favorite.
