We discovered this place by sheer chance and what a wonderful experience it was. The electric boat self ride was amazing. No licenses required, can take 4 pax and its very easy to sail it to the castle and back for an hour, passing through the bridge and castle arches. Strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A wonderful experience for the whole family, including our two grandchildren and our puppy. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip; the one-hour duration allowed plenty of time to admire the scenery, the banks of the Cher River, and of course, the Château de Chenonceau from every angle. The staff at the port were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Amazing boat ride, my 11 year old enjoyed it , the scenes were beautiful, the chateau is quite unique as it is situated right on top of the river. 44 euros for an hour ride for 5 person max is quite reasonable as par french standards.

Renting an electric boat to see the castle from the water is wonderful. Highly recommended.
