Excellent acoustics and a human-sized room

The room is great, the acoustics and all that. However... THE NOISE OF THE DAMN TOILET DOOR! It's really unacceptable and completely ruins the experience if you're standing nearby. The main entrance doors are noisy too, but the toilet door is just unbearable! I'm sure you have a competent technician who can tighten those few screws and install a door closer or find a solution for that darn door. Thank you in advance.

I came for a concert. The venue is easily accessible. It's not large, but the room is friendly.
