La Belle Epoque sur Annecy

Belle Époque… and above all, a wonderful experience! We arrived as a group of nine at 2:45 pm on a Sunday. After being turned away from two restaurants, we stumbled upon this place by chance. A young man with long hair took care of us; he looked after us like a pro: smiling, kind, and energetic. Thank you again for your warm welcome and kindness. All the best!

Pleasant setting, possibly with a terrace overlooking the lake. The service is attentive and the food is very good at an affordable price for the city.

This little brasserie is an excellent find. Not only is the food delicious—the menu is very appealing, the daily specials are generous, varied, and fresh—but the welcome is also incredibly warm. The couple who run it are amazingly friendly and kind, always with a kind word or a thoughtful touch! The establishment is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place; be sure to make a reservation.

I've known La Belle Époque for several years. I hadn't been back because I was very disappointed with my meal the last time. I went there for lunch today because the daily special, endive with ham, tempted me. Admittedly, it was good, but €15 for an endive with no other accompaniment is far too expensive! I certainly won't be going back!

We arrived as a group of four without a reservation and received a very warm welcome! The meal was good, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. We returned in the afternoon for a drink. It was very busy, and there was only one person serving. He told us it wasn't possible given the number of people, which we understood. While we were looking online for another place to go, tables became available. So we asked again if we could be served, and the answer was yes, but with a delay! We had time, so no problem. And we didn't wait long. Thank you for the lovely welcome. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again 😊
