My wife and I went to this bar and brasserie located right in the center of Aix-en-Provence. Brasserie is a French term that translates as brewery (a place where beer is produced or sold) or, more commonly nowadays, as a French-style café-restaurant, larger than a bistro, with a casual atmosphere and a wide selection of traditional French cuisine and drinks, including beer. It's open continuously (lunch and dinner), with long hours and a varied menu. Less formal than a classic restaurant, but larger and with more professional service than a bistro. We sat at a table inside the brasserie, but there are also many outside with a view of the street. We had a coffee and a Coke Zero, and everything was delicious. The staff was welcoming, competent, and friendly, and the service was attentive and fast. Prices are high!

We had a wonderful evening celebrating New Year's Eve 2026. The meal was delicious, the portions generous, and the staff incredibly attentive :) Excellent value for money compared to other restaurants in Aix-en-Provence... The DJ that evening played a fantastic and varied playlist :) We highly recommend this place!

The dishes are very expensive for what they are… the food is very basic, not much seasoning… You're paying for being on Cours Mirabeau… I won't be going back
