We came on holiday and took a short trip to Gérardmer. We tried the raclette for two, which was very generous. We also had a children's menu, which was perfect for their little tummies. I recommend it! ☺️

My steak tartare was very good, but the blueberry tart had no flavor at all. It was definitely made with cultivated blueberries, nothing like wild blueberries which are bursting with flavor. It's such a shame, we're in blueberry country and we're eating cultivated blueberries???

Disappointed by my experience. It was impossible to choose how the burgers were cooked: we were told they were always "medium" in the summer due to high demand… except it was February and the restaurant was far from full.
So we changed our order, opting for a sure thing: pasta carbonara. Unfortunately, it was watery, the egg flavor was barely noticeable, there was no Parmesan (just a few shavings), and the bacon slices were whole on the plate. No flavor whatsoever.
The desserts were also a disappointment: we had finished our chocolate fondants before the "cafés gourmands" (gourmet coffees) had even arrived.

No reservation, the restaurant was full... The very friendly waiter found a solution by seating us on the leather sofas where we dined... The Reblochon flammekueche and the generous ice creams were very good... we were served quickly.
Professional and very pleasant service.
Good place to eat.

A friendly place with modern and welcoming decor, where the food is excellent and very varied, catering to everyone, even children and teenagers, without fail! We highly recommend it!

The food was good, depending on the dishes ordered.
The wait was far too long, especially for the children's menu.
The premises are clean and the decor is nice. We have mixed feelings about our experience; slightly faster service and more attentive and responsive waiters would improve things!
