My husband had booked a garden-view room, but at my request, we were able to get a lake-view room at no extra cost! We arrived earlier than expected for check-in, and the staff kindly provided all the information we needed. This allowed us to access the private beach for a swim, which was a real treat in the heat. That evening, we had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast the next morning was just as good. I was a little worried when I went to bed because the mattress was a bit soft, but in the end, we slept very well. The value for money is excellent, and we would recommend this hotel.

A wonderful experience in the Vosges Mountains. The chalet is very well located in a quiet area, recently renovated, with a warm and modern interior. The bedroom and bathroom are functional and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available. The breakfast is varied and generous. The restaurant offers delicious and flavorful dishes with presentation at least on par with a fine dining establishment. There's also a gym, a spa with a Jacuzzi, pedal boats, and more. The hotel is very well located. A pleasant place. The only downside was that the garden-facing rooms were very small and had no air conditioning, making for a very difficult and stuffy night. There was a stain on the sheets, which was a shame.

A pleasant and unpretentious place! The food was delicious. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the hotel is very well located facing the lake. There's free parking, and it's quite quiet. The breakfast was generous. We received a warm welcome from the staff. The chef is very friendly; I recommend the ribeye steak. All the best!

Ideally located on the lakefront, in a peaceful setting, perfect for hiking or simply strolling around the lake. The restaurant is excellent, offering high-quality and delicious half-board options. The staff is very helpful.

We spent one night there. Unfortunately, the welcome was disappointing; no greeting upon arrival! Our room was advertised as having a balcony with a lake view, and while the view was indeed there, please specify that it was under the eaves, extremely hot, and the carpet and bedding were frankly not great. It's a shame because everything else was there to create a peaceful haven.

The hotel is very well located on the lakefront, I think it's currently being renovated. The food is good and the staff are friendly and welcoming ☺️ The only downside is the breakfast, considering the price… not much choice and no one available in the morning to help with any requests… you have to fend for yourself… it could be worse, but it's worth noting… otherwise, the stay was very pleasant
