La Bibliotheque BEST WESTERN Hotel Charlesmagne sur Lyon

Opposite the PERACHE train station, yet peacefully situated on a lovely boulevard. A surprisingly upscale hotel with lush green spaces right in the heart of the city. The room with a view of the church and the children's playground was very pleasant. Special mention goes to Heloise, the receptionist, for her exceptional availability, kindness, and efficiency. Thank you to her!

Great experience, everything was perfect.

The hotel is well located, a 7-minute walk from the Perrache metro station. However, the room was a bit disappointing: the bed springs were so firm you could feel them against your back when you slept, the shower had no water pressure, and I would have appreciated slippers so I wouldn't have to walk around barefoot, especially since I had paid for a superior room. The breakfast was very good, though, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend it if you want to spend a weekend in Lyon near the city center but don't plan on spending much time at the hotel.

The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was very complete and varied. The location, so close to the train station, is truly ideal. We had a quiet and comfortable room overlooking the courtyard.
