We arrived as a group of four, without a reservation, at 2:50 pm. We were greeted with a smile, the meat was delicious, and the sauces... In short, a wonderful time. Thank you to the team, both in the dining room and in the kitchen.

I had the opportunity to have lunch at Les Garçons Bouchers in the Halles de Bocuse in Lyon, and it was a very pleasant experience. I chose a Saint-Marcellin burger, which was particularly delicious: the cheese adds a lot of character and pairs very well with the high-quality meat. The whole thing is generous, well-prepared, and very satisfying.
The atmosphere at the Halles remains as welcoming as ever, and the service was efficient. I would gladly recommend this place for lovers of good meat and quality products.

Excellent restaurant where everything was perfect and even more!! As a side note, I dropped my glasses and only realized it once I was on the plane home. I contacted the restaurant and the owner kindly agreed to send them to me via courier. A truly wonderful act of kindness in this crazy world!! A huge thank you!!

The quality of this restaurant is declining. The meat was overcooked, the gratin was tasteless, and the dessert was mediocre. It's nowhere near what we used to experience at this restaurant.

The restaurant offers delicious French-origin and farm-raised products in a friendly atmosphere. You can have lunch at the counter or choose to sit upstairs in a large dining room.
The staff is very pleasant, smiling, and professional, and the menu is particularly enticing.
We enjoyed a lamb shank with dauphinoise potatoes, an Italian-style steak tartare, a homemade burger, and to finish, a gourmet coffee consisting of a praline tart, crème brûlée, panna cotta, and chocolate fondant.
Everything was absolutely delicious. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food.

The restaurant is located in the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse and has a large dining room on the first floor.
There can sometimes be a bit of a wait in line, but the experience is well worth it.
The staff is both efficient and friendly.
The dishes are delicious and well-prepared.
I personally chose the Italian-style hand-cut beef tartare, which I remember fondly.
