Everything was perfect, from the service to the meat on our plate. Thank you for this delicious experience. 🤩 I highly recommend it!!

Okay, but a few missteps. I went with a client, without a reservation. We easily found a seat in the large upstairs room, although the limited space made business conversations a bit difficult – to be expected in this type of establishment. The staff was friendly, but one detail spoiled the experience: our dishes were switched when we ordered. They realized it, took the dishes back under the pretext of an "order error"... only to serve them again two minutes later, still a false claim, without explanation or apology. A shame, because we would have readily accepted the mistake as it was. In total: €90 for two tartares (one of which was 300g), sparkling water, and two gourmet coffees. The prices are in line with the market, but it's still surprising!

We arrived as a group of four, without a reservation, at 2:50 pm. We were greeted with a smile, the meat was delicious, and the sauces... In short, a wonderful time. Thank you to the team, both in the dining room and in the kitchen.

I had the rump steak heart with mashed potatoes. Absolutely excellent.

I had the opportunity to have lunch at Les Garçons Bouchers in the Halles de Bocuse in Lyon, and it was a very pleasant experience. I chose a Saint-Marcellin burger, which was particularly delicious: the cheese adds a lot of character and pairs very well with the high-quality meat. The whole thing is generous, well-prepared, and very satisfying. The atmosphere at the Halles remains as welcoming as ever, and the service was efficient. I would gladly recommend this place for lovers of good meat and quality products.

Excellent restaurant where everything was perfect and even more!! As a side note, I dropped my glasses and only realized it once I was on the plane home. I contacted the restaurant and the owner kindly agreed to send them to me via courier. A truly wonderful act of kindness in this crazy world!! A huge thank you!!

It's good, and the staff are welcoming. There were a few wines missing from the menu, and the price is a bit high.

The quality of this restaurant is declining. The meat was overcooked, the gratin was tasteless, and the dessert was mediocre. It's nowhere near what we used to experience at this restaurant.
